Led by Peter M. Raimondi
Raimondi Law is led by Peter M. Raimondi, a seasoned family law attorney with more than 16 years of experience serving families across South Florida. He is known for a legal style that combines strategy, compassion, and strong advocacy with a practical understanding of what clients are really going through. His approach is built around solving problems, protecting rights, and helping clients reach outcomes that are both effective and cost-conscious.
Peter Raimondi’s path into law was shaped by seeing loved ones taken advantage of and recognizing how much harm can be caused when people do not have strong legal guidance during vulnerable moments. That experience created a lasting commitment to fairness and to representing clients in a way that is both efficient and personal. Rather than viewing family law matters as routine files, he sees them as serious turning points in people’s lives that deserve careful attention and purposeful advocacy.
After earning his Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Peter Raimondi entered the legal profession in 2009. He began his career under the mentorship of Robert Moraitis, a respected figure in family law, where he gained experience handling a wide range of matters involving divorce, custody, support, property division, and related disputes. In 2015, that experience developed into a successful partnership that expanded the practice of family law representation across South Florida.
In 2025, he founded Raimondi Law with a clear purpose: provide high-quality family law representation that responds to the realities modern clients face. Rising costs, busy schedules, and the emotional pressure of family disputes often make traditional legal representation feel overwhelming. Raimondi Law was built to reduce that friction while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and legal ability.
Professional Recognition and Commitment
Peter M. Raimondi has been AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2015, reflecting high professional ethics and legal ability. He has also successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal, demonstrating litigation and appellate experience that strengthens the firm’s family law practice. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida Federal Court.
He has also contributed to the legal profession through teaching and service. As a Guest Lecturer for the Family Law Section of the Broward Bar Association, he has shared knowledge and insight with fellow attorneys and legal professionals. Beginning July 1, 2025, he is set to serve as a member of the Legal Needs of Children Committee, reflecting an ongoing commitment to issues affecting children and families.
